Processing Times

Processing times can vary from 1 to 3 working days (excluding holidays and weekends) depending on the turnout. Processing will start from the day after the order was placed.

Shipping

We ship to Italy and some EU countries including: France, Germany, Spain, Holland, Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Switzerland, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Denmark, Portugal, Greece, Slovakia and Romania. For Italy, shipping within 24/48 hours via Bartolini courier for €6. Free shipping over €75 spent. For EU, shipping via DPD in 2-5 working days for €10. Free shipping for orders over €120.

Restock

Our monthly appointments: 1- BIG RESTOCK - Every month there will be a large themed restock on our site consisting of jewels, crystals and/or accessories. The entire collection will be shown in advance on our social networks, so as to arrive prepared for the day of the restock. 2- NEW ARRIVALS - Every week new arrivals revealed only through stories on our Instagram profile, on non-specific days and times. These items will be immediately available for purchase on our site, without having to wait for the restock date. Keep an eye on our social media so you don't miss the news! 3- TELEGRAM MARKET - This is a "photo sale" that takes place in our Telegram group, where photos of selected jewels and crystals with a price range from €3 to €15 are posted. The peculiarity is that all items can be claimed on the spot, so the first comment that appears wins the claimed product.

Open Box

This method allows you to accumulate orders placed and already paid for, which will be kept aside and shipped in a single time. This way you won't have to pay for shipping with every order. Useful system for those who want to wait for the various supplies and do not need to receive the goods immediately. You can choose this method by selecting "Open Box" among the shipping methods available at checkout. Shipping will be free immediately and will remain so if the accumulated orders exceed the minimum spend of €75. To close the box, select the appropriate method among the shipping methods at checkout. If cumulative orders exceed €75 in spending you are entitled to free shipping, otherwise it will have to be added to the order. The open box does not include an obligation to purchase at each refueling or a maximum accumulation time.
