Return Policy
The buyer has the right to request a return, without specifying the reason, no later than 14 days after receiving the package.
The products to be returned must be shipped in their original condition, complete with all packaging, accessories and freebies. Furthermore, they must not show signs of wear or damage. ù
Non-returnable items
Customized or made-to-measure items (custom rings and bracelets) are not subject to the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code:
"The right of withdrawal referred to in articles 52 to 58 for distance contracts and contracts negotiated outside of commercial premises is excluded in relation to: c) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;"
Furthermore, plated copper jewelry may undergo an oxidation process over a variable time that may depend on: skin pH, prolonged contact with water, perfumes, creams and alcoholic solutions. Due to the natural oxidation process of copper (which is always specified in the description of each product and on the site itself), Wu Lab assumes no responsibility and these items are not subject to the right of return.
Cost of Return
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Procedure
To make a return, follow these steps:
- Download the Return Form: Download here the Return Form here and print it.
- Fill in the Return Form: Fill in all the required sections in the form, making sure to include the order number and correct data.
- Pack the Product: Make sure the product is well packaged in its original packaging, except for the shipping envelope which can be replaced.
- Ship the Package: Use a courier of your choice to ship the package to our address, as long as it is traceable. Keep a copy of the shipping receipt signed by the courier.

Refund
Once the goods have been received and verified to be compliant, the amount will be refunded to the payment method used for purchase within 14 working days of receiving the return.
The shipping paid at the time of ordering will be refunded only if all purchased items are returned.
Returns Management for Damaged or Defective Goods
In the case of damaged or defective goods, you can request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the package by contacting us by email at: wulab.info@gmail.com.
It will be necessary to indicate the extent of the damage by attaching photos of the product.
If the defect is proven, it is our responsibility to guarantee a full refund, repair or replacement managed entirely at our expense.
